After months of training and hundreds and hundreds of jumps, Skydive Rick's Style and Accuracy team went to Skydive Chicago for the USPA Nats to show the country, once again, that our little Drop Zone builds Champions!

Rick Kuhns, Jim Hayhurst, Drew Riffle and Jimmy Drummond (along with Kay, Joanie and Cassie) made the trip to Chicago and the men nearly swept the S&A competition totally. 
 
With their medals came positions on the 2008 US Parachute team.  Jim Hayhurst and Jimmy Drummond will once again be on the team, and returning from the ashes, Drew Riffle will be right along with them proudly representing America (and Skydive Rick's) at the World Meet next year.
 
Since Rick only competed in Accuracy this year and did not turn Style, he was not able to be on the US team as a jumper.  However, there are rumors that the members are looking into an experienced, seasoned, been around the block more than a few times coach..(hint hint, Rick).

Talking to Rick (Mr. Humble) after he returned from Nationals, he told us that he is so happy and could not be any prouder of Jimmy, Drew and Jim's efforts and success this year.  He was saying how amazed he was at the help everyone gave and how everyone at Skydive Rick's had a little part in their victory.  That famous Rick Kuhns smile will be there for quite some time.
